Do you have a job? Find remote work - something you can do on a laptop from your home. Preferably as a content writer or a chat/email customer support representative. It will be less stressful. That's a nice place to start. You should move out. Staying there isn't helping much. Atleast, you will have some peace of mind. Having your own place will be a learning experience. As for the social bonding, you are 23. The adult life has practically just started for you. You will make friends. Everyone has a need to bond and they do, overlooking shortcomings. I will be straight up. It won't be easy leaving the nest. Bouts of unintended solitude. But atleast you will be living independently and taking care of yourself as an adult. Try to keep yourself financially secure. Being broke is not fun as a stutterer. At all.
