Oh wow, I’ve never heard of him! That’s fascinating. Do you stutter as well? I’d like to add that I’m also in speech therapy which helps significantly and I’m trying to do dif techniques as well. I’d say my biggest savior next to Abilify was exposure therapy. Forcing myself to get the hell out and talk is so uncomfortable but has been a game changer for me. Some days are better than others but overall I’m very happy with how my fluency has progressed. Not 100% there but I’m learning to be okay with that :) thank you so much for the suggestion by the way!
