Megan, Hi, Im Sue. I post a lot to support others. My only suggestion is to read the tips of others. I would have also died if I’d had to take phone calls. I'm a recovered stutterer who recovered at 70! My problem was emotional and psychotherapy to deal with an abusive childhood help me fully gain fluent. Nevertheless, I hang out on this site because stuttering for 65 years gives me some credibility to offer support, encouragement, and referral to sites that might be of help. So many of our fellow stutterers have posted help. I'm hoping you’ll start. Receiving responses to your request for help. Try to see if you can access previous posts. Also, there's a new Facebook site supporting stutterers and their families it's just started up. I'm involved as a contributor. Be strong. Many others hold positions requiring intense personal communication. You’ll find them on r/stutter too.
