Interesting take on my question, you make some good points although I have to disagree with you on two things: 1.) "You only think you would be an outgoing boss because you never had the chance to." - reading through my thread, a majority of people here said that whenever they exited their comfort zone they WERE an outgoing boss and revealed new information about their personalities. Everyone has the chance to be anything, especially people with disabilities. 2.) "There is no way to know your "true" personality." - Something that everyone besides stutterers can relate to is being "shy" or "reserved" at certain points of their lives. This can often lead to certain aspects of their personalities being suppressed and undiscovered for possibly years, everyone here has said that stepping out of their level of comfort has caused them to discover these hidden parts of themselves which I would define as the true personality. Also, thank you for replying to my question!
