Ugh. There's been many, but the one that often comes to mind was back about 2007 (I was about 29) and my partner, my mum and I were looking at apartments to buy. We introduced ourselves to the real estate agent and I just KNEW I wouldn't be able to say my name. And yep...it was ridiculous. I stuttered on the first sound and took forever to get it out. Everyone, including me, kind of laughed afterwards in some form of relief, but I felt like an idiot afterwards. I never wanted to speak again!
