I don't want to accuse you of anything but a friend of mine used to take extasy for recreational purposes and after few months he started to stutter. He stopped taking it and his speech quickly recovered. However E is not the only thing that might cause it. I'm not a chemist or neurologist but maybe you should think is there any new medication or food supplements such as Omega 3 that you have recently started to take.
