You can literally scientifically define a stutter/severe stutter based on the amount of time you take to say something, its just nobody really cares enoguh to do it and going about it would be a pain to create reliable constructs for it. Ex - Track yourself across the day and the amount of seconds it takes you to get words out in stressful/uncomfortable situations. I'm not targeting my frutsration on people who actually stutter, i'm targeting it on the people who really think they have a stutter when they in reality don't and they fumble on a word here and there. Creating another diagnosis for stuttering would solve this issue entirely, as I know many people on here feel the exact way I do.
