Using phone instead of voice there are many cases when I have to arrange my things in institutions in the city and yesterday I was in the bank in connection with a bank card and I couldn’t speak, in my stomach I had a feeling of paralysis even so i was very calm, and I could not say what I wanted so i write on the phone, and I don't know, I actually felt strange thinking what if you will live like this all my life, i felt like being a disabled person, have you had any. cases which you communicated over the phone and what did you feel in those moments?
