Everything you describe is very classic stuff for people with impactful dysfluency! My first tip is to let them know you speak with a stutter. Maybe even wear a name badge saying “I stutter”. Make it fit your personality. It’s common for people to wear their pronouns- why not this info? Then, make/hold normal eye contact, start slowly and enunciate. Focus on normal exhales. If your blocks are due to a tongue issue, then exercises could help. But the fact that your name is a huge block is a pretty big indicator that the issue is more with your diaphragm tensing up from anticipatory stress.
