Thank you! **Summary**: (of the video) * 2:20: My stutter cycle: I get nervous, I sense tightening, * 2:29: Fluent state: I should be able to know that I can get past a block (just like non-stutterers when they experience a normal disfluency) - aka confidence that we know we can talk thru it anyway * 3:41 People might think that blocking is just one area, but it's not the case.
