Also, try to break bad habits. For example, i used to make a sound by joining my tongue to my lips right before trying to say a word. Another bad habit is moving my feet all over the place. I'm refusing doing this in order to train my brain to forget them since i used to do them automatically. Also, don't be afraid of saying exactly what you want to say even if it means you're thinking that you 100% will stutter saying that. The feeling of saying what you're thinking is priceless and you'll find out that after practice, that some 'dreaded' words were no big deal.
