Stuttering is much worse and I dont feel confident

Stuttering is much worse and I dont feel confident Hi. I moved to another country (Germany) and learning German.I dont know why but my stuttering and confidence is much worse.I have never visit speech therapist but I think maybe now is good time - they are much more expensive than in my contry and also maybe more beneficial ? When I need to talk to people I dont feel confident , I have heigh,muscles,tattos,beard,style ando also most improtant knowledge (my stuttering is a big problem for me to express my knowledge) I need some tips or advice from people who used to/going to speech therapist about this Thanks
