Im fine with the idea, but would anyone actually recognize this symbol? And I feel its a poorly designed symbol. It gives the connotation of smooth speech being delivered. It would be more efffective with zig zag lines or an X or something no? I feel the deeper problem is that we are a group who, overall, have issues speaking out and has lead to a severe deficiency in advocacy and public awareness. It doesn't help that the majority of celebrity stutterers who support our cause dont publicly stutter or claim they no longer stutter. It just pushes the notion that stuttering is absolutely fixable and the ones who still stutter are broken and its their fault for lack of trying that they still stutter.
