Nobody is truly alone in anything, if you really think about it. When me and my wife had our daughter while we were living in Taiwan for a few years, we worried about literally everything we were doing (I still do, of course, hahaha). We truly felt alone, didn't know what to do, hospital in Hualien was super great, but a lot of their tips were lost in translation. Then after a few months I realized, well if both of my parents, who are deaf, can raise 3 kids without being able to hear us crying in the middle of the night, we can too. Just push yourself and your confidence a little bit at a time, it'll all eventually work itself out. As all of us know here, anxiety is a bitch.
