Multiple people at my old job thought I had an accent

Multiple people at my old job thought I had an accent I have more blocks than any other type of stuttering so I guess it might sound like an accent. I think accents are really cool so I take it as a compliment. One guy even said "I don't believe you" when I told him I am from Texas. I guess that's one "perk" of stuttering
