For me, the solution was (before I overcame it) is to make it nautral. Like shut your mouth, keep looking to the one your are speaking in his eyes and then re-say the word while changing the intonation as if you did that in purpose. But generally making a little pause before words that you know that you will struggle saying and then saying it (potentially syllable per syllable if it is really hard for you) will make the problem disappear. I was an extreme sutterer and It's been more than 2 years since the last time I suttered, so nothing is impossible. Just work at your problem : Read outloud at home, in front of brothers/parent, record yourself speaking do whatever you feel needed to improve. Overcoming your sutter is a journey, a difficult one but will be worth it in the end. Like I feel the satisfaction every day when I nail a meeting or be the center of interest in a group conversation with peopel i just met Also try to control your anixety, it's affects alot the way you talk/suttering
