In my experience, the more cold calling I did, the better my speech got. Putting myself out there and doing things I tell myself I’m nervous about or scared of makes a big difference for me. Even if it doesn’t fix my stutter or if I’m having a bad day, I’m still being the person I always wanted to be because I’m doing what that person does : calling people, being chatty, being friendly
