I think in my case, stuttering is primarily anxiety-driven rather than purely mechanical. Speech therapy can help with technique and awareness, but it often doesn’t address the deeper neurological or anxiety components. That’s why, for some people, traditional speech therapy alone doesn’t make a significant difference.
