I think ice breakers are a good thing in this respect. I mean, if you're already connected with your team, you can make prior conversation with your teammates either through text or in-person. If you'd be more comfortable, you can also let them know that you might stutter because in my personal experience, a lot of people think i don't know what to say that's why my blocks come so they cut me off and speak over me, but if you don't wanna mention your stutter, that is valid as well. I think prior acquaintance with your team helps a lot in confidence building so you might feel freer talk.
