I think rushing speech is to do with feeling pressured by the person your talking to. Once you’ve accepted your stutter and you realise that you can’t avoid it, you start gaining confidence and naturally you’ll slow down since there’s nothing to be ashamed of. Just keep practicing and keep doing what your doing. If you can see that’s it’s improving then you must be on the rights tracks. Keep it up!!
