Everything you listed works, it's just about what the person finds fun and interesting. I usually find streaming on twitch to help lower my stress / anxiety levels. Sure, I still stutter, but it's not as impactful mentally as it usually would be. Maybe playing games relaxes me enough to be comfortable talking with others? I may also occasionally will paint miniature models. But that's a whole different kind of stressful.
