Block

Block Does anyone else here have a block like where you try to say a word and it just wont come out at all its the worst feeling ever , and for me to try and say the word i have to like release all the air out of my lungs and say it which sucks or i have to say it with a type of rhythm or tap and match the beat and then try to say the word? I dont have a prolong stutter like other people its more of a block, Any tips or practices to help please?
