I stutter at the start of sentences and i need help

I stutter at the start of sentences and i need help so when ever I start talking I have a problem like getting it going and I've tried using extra words at the start of sentences but it only starts when i get to the part i need to talk about. It's gotten worse recently and I've never had social anxiety or anything I actually like public speaking does anyone know what I could do to fix it?
