Well lemme tell you this, at age 18 I was in a severe MVA. In a comatose state for 6.5 days (just shy of a week) the childhood stutter I had was exacerbated from the TBI that I’d sustained. The very first college course I took was successful public speech! Don’t be frightened about college. You’re entering an entirely new environment and unless your entire senior class chose your same college…no one knows you! Enjoy the college experience and don’t get caught up in the emotions of having a speech impediment! I say this bc stuttering is physiological not a psychological disorder!
