I’ve been taking it for a while now guys. I guess I can say it’s working. I don’t feel as anxious anymore. Like it just feels easier to just talk, regardless if I stutter or not. I have ocd too. So I ruminate in a thought loop about past experiences I’ve had, and I’ve noticed it’s been minimal honestly.
