Thank you. I tested it out with myself. If I speak and stutter with my mother, then I ask myself "why do I stutter now?" then my unconscious thought is "because I want to feel blockings in my mouth, I accept stuttering". Result: Then I tried to replace that negative thought with a positive thought "I want to feel fluency, I accept fluency" then I don't stutter anymore with my mother. What is your opinion? So what was the trigger that I stuttered with my mother?
