I'm having a very hard time applying techniques because entering a conversation gets my brain into panic mode. If it's a complicated topic I can't even keep my thoughts straight and sometimes forget what I was saying. And it's with all form of communication, sometimes writing an email makes me all that tense and sweaty. I can't even bear playing online games due to this artificial social stress it puts me in. Having all this happening, how am I supposed to remember the techniques, breathing and stay on point in a conversation 🙄
