Voluntary stuttering exercise Has anybody tried it? How much did it ease your stutter? Like i remember doing it once and i felt this huge wave of tension just getting released and afterwards my stutter eased up ALOT . I think majority of stuttering is a fear of stutter so if you desensitize yourself enough it could go away.
