Hi, I took TOEFL 3,4 years ago. That time I didn't mention that I have a stutter and during the speaking part I stuttered a few but my result was fine for me. But I read from somewhere about if you can prove that you have a stutter they should give you some extra time or somehow help you. I forgot what it was, but it's better to mention it.
