23 male here(mainly block and prolonged sounds), going to the gym constantly for over a month and noticing more muscle definition which makes me feel more confident. Note I was already semi muscular just fat, but lost 8 pounds and slowly getting stronger. Currently at 190, gonna aim for 180, and see where I wanna go from there. My main goal is a functional body and be better at calisthenics. used to do when 19-20 and thin but stopped cause started working for construction company for 4ish months before being let go(a few weeks before covid hit northern California)
