Do you stutter seasonally or due to some emotional change?

Do you stutter seasonally or due to some emotional change? Hello community, I have been stuttering for as long as I can remember. I am 30 years old now. Analyzing my situation, I've noticed improvement over the years and found ways to handle situations when my stutter intensifies. I believe it fluctuates more seasonally for me; there are months where I can speak fluently very well, and I take advantage of those months to talk to everyone. It's funny, I feel like I have a superpower; fluent speakers would struggle to understand us. But during seasons when I stutter a lot, it can be very frustrating, especially if I need to communicate to solve complex problems. One thing I've learned over the years is self-control. The more disinterested I feel in my stuttering, to the point of not caring at all and being colder, it tends to disappear much more. I'm not saying it goes away 100%, but maybe 70%. You have to think that this could be your least important problem of your personality. Be a good person and stay positive. It will reward you and you'll feel better.
