This is great advice. I mean, we need to step into our minds and decide what we want to achieve and whether we let stuttering get in our ways or not. The problem is, that is the hardest part for us to do. Climb a mountain? No problem. Accept our stutter? No way! Once we push ourselves off of that anxiety/depression cliff, things start to change. I think that you can struggle with it all your life if you want, but it only gets worse. And if you are willing to change that mindset, the worst is over.
