Yeah, I am a lifelong stutterer. 40 years old. Have done everything except for any mechanical devices that go in the ear. I just refuse those. I can keep it to a minimum if I sleep right, train right, eat right, look right. Have to have my ducks in a row. An easy example is that when I was unemployed and looking for work phone interviews were a nightmare. Now that I have a great job, passed a few certifications and am actually in demand, I can knock interviews out the park. For me, I have to work a little harder but in all, it pushes me to become a better person.
