Sadly no one understands how hard it is for us just to tell others what we know / capable of. Poor handling by that HR. You can report him by sending an email to that company. Atleast they ought to know what they did wasn't right. And hopefully they don't repeat it to another person. I'm from India as well btw . Don't lose hope bro! We got this. :)
