My stutter has relapsed I've been a stutterer since I was around 13 years old in 2013. I tried various things I found online and was really stressed about it throughout my teenage but I somehow became more fluent when I was around 17. I still felt anxious and heaviness in my chest whenever I had to speak somewhere but it wasn't as much as earlier. With time, this anxiety was improving too and by the time I reached 19 everyone around me thought that I was a normal speaker and I was even told by my college teachers and colleagues to become a leader in my college. But all of this came down during the early phases of pandemic. I got a bit anxious around that time but was able to manage my speech, enough to still speak in front of my class in online meeting without any fear. But I don't know what went down around that time that my stuttering came back and the severity is same as it was when I began in 2013. It has become difficult for me to talk to my family too. Has anyone faced this too? If yes, can you share some tips please? Thanks Ps: I'm also trying self therapy and this has helped me a bit. Anyone who comes across this post use it, it's free [self therapy](https://www.stutteringhelp.org/self-therapy-stutterer)
