I took an antidepressant and notice that I stutter less

I took an antidepressant and notice that I stutter less So I recently took an antidepressant and I noticed that I stutter less compared to without the medicine. Could it possibly be that my stutter is mainly caused by anxiety or is it just "one of those days" where you can speak fluently?
