Stuttering is weird. I have had many such experiences. The funny thing is there are days when you can breeze through such calls without tripping on a single word, while on others, its difficult to get a single word out. Recently had to wish someone birthday, couldn't say the word "happy" and so I hung up the phone. Felt like a jerk but I guess thats pretty much a part of living this lovely life now.
