I’m not a doctor but I’ve been told Tourettes is closely linked to stuttering, don’t hold my word for it but I’ve noticed a few times that I have very minor tics that come and go. Things like popping my ears, clenching my jaw or a different muscle, I’ve never had a verbal tic but I assume it’s very closely related. Like I said I’m not a doctor but for me it sounds like you may have verbal tics. I’m sorry it’s hurting your confidence man.
