In my experience, very very rarely do people comment on my stutter or take issue with it. In fact I'm not sure it's happened at all in adulthood to my knowledge. What's far more important is the vibe and energy I bring out. Which includes not being preoccupied about my stutter and being in touch with the present situation. I think it's a positive you don't disclose your stutter and let people discover it themselves. There are so many aspects to you and when people come to think about you, your stutter may not even make the top 10. On that point, I think PWS give people far too much credit. They really really don't care or think about your stutter anywhere close to the level you do. Lastly, what do you think would happen if you stopped thinking yourself as a stutterer? By labelling yourself it's almost like you have to be a certain way. But really you don't. Only you seriously give yourself that label. When a person hears you speak, they're probably not waiting for you to stutter, they just want to know what you have to say
