How old is 10th grade? Like, 15/16? That is a very difficult age so I completely sympathise with you. People are incredibly self conscious and often take down others to make themselves feel better. It’s a hard age for most people but it’s mage even harder when you have something that makes you stand out. In our case it’s our stutters. I’m 20 now and honestly thinking back, 13-16/17 were probably the hardest ages but as you grow up, so does everyone else. At least in my experience, people just don’t care as much the older you get. School is shit but I’ve been in university now a year and a half and no one has ever even mentioned my stutter in that time.
