I'm also 17 and have a pretty bad speech impediment that shows up more in high pressure situations that come with retail or restaurants. However, with the pandemic I found myself a job that allows me to work entirely online. Wouldn't say this is the most common thing to find though so if all else fails, working at a bookstore or a library probably wouldn't involve much talking.
