hey man! you said that you don't stutter when you're not focusing on what you're saying? do you often think about your stutter when going to speak to someone in person? Mine gets that bad when im speaking to my dad even though im comfortable around him. its honestly just about trying to work out what the hell the stutter triggers are! the other night, i went on a walk and just dug deep into my mind and I worked a lot. I thought about things I tend to avoid and how that makes the matter worse. I also worked out potential reasons on why I stutter around certain people more than others. Although this hasnt helped me out yet, ive literally wrote down a step by step guide on how to make my stutter more manageable. Im trying to put myself out there, put myself in uncomfortable situations and embrace them. You need to put yourself through some pain to grow. Stop caring about it so much because believe it or not, you are the only one who cares about your stutter. only you loses sleep because of it. Start small and work your way up! Good luck man, youre doing great :) ps - i dont know how much help this might be for you. Im just chucking in some stuff ive tried out. Also sorry about it getting a bit dark at the end there xD
