I say it honestly depends on the job. As an 18 year old, I got my first job after somewhere between 8-10 interviews at other locations. Those jobs were cashiers as they were the only position hiring for, the job I got is in the back. I always answer my questions as best I can, ask questions and do everything right. I think it comes down to the job
