I'm currently 17 and going through the same thing. I still haven't figured out how to get past this but millions of people out there did, so why shouldnt I? Of course confidence is key. Personally, when I see people who stutter with such confidence (they block and repeat syllables but it's almost like they themselves didn't notice that they just stuttered, they carry on with their conversation) it's so admirable! A relative of mine also stutters and he is actually a very intelligent and hardworking person. He is an entrepenure and has a very successful company right now. And like I said he's very knowledgeable about anything and everything. I literally go to him if I have a question about anything! He does alot of presentations for his job as well. But, he has confidence in the information he is delivering, so he dosent care if he stutters. When he interviews people for jobs, he is confident of his company and of what it stands for, so he dosent care if the new employee notices him Stuttering. I do believe confidence is key, but it is also somehting I have yet to achieve
