Hey I feel the same way as you do sometimes. The way I deal with these thoughts is just by distracting myself with certain hobbies that i enjoy. I like to do video games, watch anime, go to the gym, and drive my car basically. Also the one major thing keeping me going is just imagining how it would effect my family and people I know if I had taken my own life and I wouldn’t want to bring that pain to them. Just distract yourself with things that make you happy that’s all i can say
