Agree with StuStutterKing. Take your time before you start speaking, practice talking at an even pace, so you might want to deliberately slow your speech down for some time (practice with reading out loud / talking to yourself / often remind yourself to take your time). And after that look into why the social anxiety is there and take steps to improve in that area. Hope that helps.
