Are there any words or letters in the stutter that I can't say while speaking?

Are there any words or letters in the stutter that I can't say while speaking? Welcome to everybody I have noticed that I cannot pronounce words beginning with K or T while speaking, is there a solution to this? \- I know there is a synonym, but I'm looking for a solution to the problem..
