That’s kinda my thought process! This is exactly why putting faith in people just because they have a title is dangerous. I’m also a leader at my youth group and I’ll make sure I’m not this type of leader. He’s a terrible excuse for a leader imo. He might be oblivious but either way if he doesn’t know he shouldn’t spew his mouth
