Anything else I can do to assist in stuttering?

Anything else I can do to assist in stuttering? I have had a stutter for my entire life, ever since I could remember talking I have had it. I've gone through many years of speech therapy and I do good a little after I finish speech therapy for the year but it always eventually gets back to the point where I can barely talk or ask for anything without stuttering. I have noticed that it gets worse when I am saying/telling somebody my name and asking people for something, can anyone relate to this at all? Is there anything else I can do to assist in stuttering and make it easier for myself to speak?
