One thing that has helped me alot was easy onset, cancelation, and light contact. Theres plenty of other ones like pull out which is recognizing then "pulling or sliding" out of it reducing tension. So easy onset is pretty simple, its pretty much the same at light contact were you bassicly talk less...harsh i guess. Basically your speaking with less tension in your lips, teeth, tongue, etc. Cancelation is whenever you stutter, stop yourself and just restart either from the word you stuttered on or a few words before. That one has helped me more since ive bassicly been doing it for my entire life. I would probably look up a few of those strategies to get a more in depth description of them since im not a speech therapist haha, its just what iv been taught. Hope this helps!
